During this call we explore what Reiki is what healing means in the light of knowing that all is well.

We also enjoy an Energy Awareness Practice in which we sense and channel energy and feel it viscerally in our bodies and from this come to understand the energetic tools we use to work with energy.

During this call we deepen our understanding of what it is to Be Reiki and how this allows us to experience healing in the light of knowing all is well from a powerful place of allowing.

We also explore the first Reiki principle for living and enjoy and Energy Awareness Practice in which we experience ourselves as Sensors of energy as opposed to identifying with energy. This is a powerful tool for anyone wanting to realize their wellbeing even during contrasting circumstances in which we find ourselves doubting that all is being well.

This recording goes deeper into what it means to Be Reiki and invites us to deepen our visceral understanding of our eternal nature.

Our Energy Awareness Practice invites us to sense and feel our natural state of eternal wellbeing and from this space of unconditional being we realize the true power of the second Reiki principle which is all about appreciation.

One of the most profound aspects of this call is the exploration within the value of appreciating all that is and all that is becoming for as conscious creators we know that rockets of desire as Abraham-Hicks would say, are born out of contrast.
