Scrambled Eggs with Sour Cream

I tried something new this morning, scrambled eggs made with light sour cream. I topped it with chopped onions and some parsley. The sour cream really bulks up the eggs but keeps them light and fluffy. I only used two eggs in this recipe and two tablespoons of light sour cream.
